Here's a not-so-sleazy, but still amazing, soundtrack that was requested by someone. The Great Silence is one of my very favourite Italian westerns as well as one of my favourite Morricone scores. I love it so much that my lovely wife walked down the aisle to the hauntingly beautiful main theme at our wedding last October. It was almost too much for this soundtrack geek to take. 
A very rare Cinevox LP rip of the Naked Fists soundtrack. Franco Bixio has created a perfect mix of funky grooves and easy listening. I love this soundtrack and I highly recommend it. Thanks to the original ripper Monone.
An interesting recommendation from "Anonymous" in the Sweet Body Of Deborah comments. Although it's light years away from the kind of Morricone stuff I usually post, The Case is Closed, Forget It! (as it's also known) is still worthwhile for those who want a more challenging listen. This soundtrack is experimental and abstract and shows another side of the great Morricone.

"Butterfly" is a film that seems to be generally disliked by most who watch it. I have never seen much more than a few glimpses of it as a kid, only sneaking a peek as it was one of those films that my parents forbid me to see. Growing up I knew it had some sort of history behind it, but never really bothered to look it up...until now.
Sorry for the delay between posts, but the world outside the Lounge has not been as "easy" as the music on the inside. Never fear, the Sleazy Listening Lounge is still in business and will hopefully resume regular posting soon. Until then, I leave you with the always amazing Roy Budd and his soundtrack to the thriller "Tomorrow Never Comes" starring Oliver Reed and Susan George. 
Another Joe D'Amato directed entry in the legendary Black Emanuelle series. This time Emanuelle (Laura Gemser) must again try to put a stop to a nasty white slavery ring. One of the better ones in the series, it features the usual tons of flesh on display, George Eastman (Luigi Montefiori) as a "guru" of a sexual cult and, of course, amazing music by Nico Fidenco. The title song "A Picture of Love" is unforgettable. 
I'm back from a much needed vacation with Armando Trovaioli's score for "The Sensuous Sicilian" starring Giancarlo Giannini. For the most part it's a nice, romantic score (featuring the lovely Edda Dell'Orso) with a little quirkiness thrown in via the two versions of the song "Flip Top". Enjoy!
Organ heavy soundtrack to Jean-Luc Godard's "Il Disprezzo" (a.k.a. "Le Mépris") starring Brigitte Bardot. This soundtrack to the Italian version was scored by Piero Piccioni while the French version was composed by Georges Delerue.
An excellent collection by one of my very favourite composers. This is recommended whether you're familiar with his work or not.
