Ennio Morricone - Allonsanfan (1973)

I have yet to see Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds, but like many of you, I'm pretty sure I've already heard most of the soundtrack. Upon request I'm going to try to post several of the full scores to match the tracks to the film. Most are less than groovy, but all are excellent in their own way so I'm sure you'll enjoy them.

First up is Allonsanfan from the great Ennio Morricone. According to the IMDb, the track "Rabbia e Tarantella" is used for the closing credits.

01. Rabbia e Tarantella (03:53)
02. Ritorno a Casa (02:56)
03. Dirindindin (02:12)
04. Frammenti di Sonata (03:04)
05. Tradimento (02:36)
06. Te Deum Laudamus (06:48)
07. Allonsanfan (Sul Lago) (01:38)
08. Allonsanfan (Ballata) (01:40)
09. Rabbia e Tarantella (#2) (01:06)
10. Te Deum Laudamus (#2) (02:11)
11. Allonsanfan (Fantasmi) (02:12)
12. Dirindindin (#2) (00:58)
13. Frammenti di Sonata (#2) (01:47)
14. Ritorno a Casa (#2) (01:06)
15. Rabbia e Tarantella (#3) (02:58)

  2. Thanks :D

"Green Leaves of Summer" and "One Silver Dollar" seem to not be taken directly from the soundtracks. Rather, they are newer versions of the theme, which were probably done specifically for this film.

  4. Hello Brianic,
    Nice post.
    Thank you very much.
Have you ever heard this soundtrack: "roma, l'altra faccia della violenza", by Franco Bixio?
It's incredible groovy, but hard to find.
    Could you do it?
Thank you in advance, and sorry for ask.
    Regards,
